Service Purchase Agreement
This Service Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between RERA LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), company number ΗΕ 468139, located at Αρχ. Μακαρίου ΙΙΙ, 246, 3105, Λεμεσός, Κύπρος, and you (“User”, “you”, “your”). This Agreement governs your purchase of paid services on our platform https://rera.cy.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 “Services” – The paid services offered by RERA LTD, which include:
- Paid Placements: Activation of a listing for a period up to three (3) months.
- Advertisement Promotion: Enhancements to increase the visibility and prominence of your listings.
1.2 “Order” – The process by which you purchase any of the Services through our platform.
1.3 “Account” – Your registered user profile on the platform.
1.4 “Payment System” – The integrated payment processing system through which you make payments for Services. Upon successful payment, an electronic receipt (“Receipt”) is sent to your registered email address.
2. Description of Services
2.1 Paid Placements
Overview: A “placement” activates your property listing for a period of up to three (3) months. Activation may “expire” under the following circumstances:
- The listing is archived.
- The listing is blocked due to violations identified during moderation and remains uncorrected.
Purpose: Paid placements represent the payment for the promotion services provided by the platform, which includes additional fees for data verification and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information provided to other users.
Available Packages and Pricing:

Additional Terms: Unused placements remain available in your Account. At your request (via the service email), paid placements may be transferred to another user.
2.2 Advertisement Promotion
Overview: The promotion service allows your listing to stand out from others by enhancing its visual presentation and placement in the feed.
Tariffs:
- XL (€20 per day): Your listing will be displayed across the full width of the feed with additional detailed information. Listings with the XL tariff are displayed above standard listings, but not above those benefiting from a combined promotion (e.g., TOP + XL).
- TOP (€12 per day): Your listing is displayed higher than other standard listings, but below those with XL or combined (XL + TOP) promotions.
Service Duration Options:
- 1 day
- 7 days (1 week) – 10% discount applied
- 14 days (2 weeks) – 15% discount applied
- 28 days (4 weeks) – 16% discount applied
Additional Terms: Promotion services remain “paused” if the associated listing is archived. Promotion services are non-transferable to other accounts.
3. Pricing, Payment, and Invoicing
3.1 Pricing: All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and are subject to change at the discretion of RERA LTD. The applicable price will be displayed at the time you place an Order.
3.2 Payment: Payment for Services is processed through our integrated Payment System. Payment is due at the time of Order placement. Upon successful payment, a Receipt will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
3.3 Invoicing: An invoice reflecting your purchase, including details of the Services ordered, will be generated and sent electronically to you.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1 General Policy: All purchases for digital Services (placements and advertisement promotion) are final upon activation. Refunds will only be considered if the Service is not delivered within the agreed Service Level or if there is a material failure in performance attributable to RERA LTD.
4.2 Cancellation: You may cancel an Order prior to activation. Once a Service has been activated, cancellation is not permitted. In the event of cancellation or a dispute regarding a non-delivered Service, any refund or remedy will be provided in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
4.3 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding the payment, delivery, or performance of the Services shall be addressed in accordance with Section 7 below.
5. Service Levels and Delivery
5.1 Activation and Duration: For Paid Placements, activation of a listing is valid for up to three (3) months unless terminated earlier due to archiving or violation of service rules. For Advertisement Promotion, the Service duration is as selected at the time of purchase. If a listing is archived, the promotion service will be paused until the listing is reactivated.
5.2 Service Level Agreement (SLA): RERA LTD will endeavor to activate and deliver the purchased Services promptly. Placement activation and promotion Service moderation may take up to three (3) business days in cases where additional verification is required. RERA LTD does not guarantee immediate activation in all instances and shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
6. Dispute Resolution and Liability
6.1 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Cyprus.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, RERA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase or use of the Services. RERA LTD is not responsible for any additional expenses, losses, or damages incurred by you that are not expressly provided for in this Agreement.
7. Amendments and Modifications
RERA LTD reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement, including pricing, service descriptions, and policies, at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our Site, and your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Force Majeure
RERA LTD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of government, or technical failures.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any referenced documents (including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional policies referenced at the point of purchase), constitutes the entire agreement between you and RERA LTD regarding the Services, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

By placing an Order for any paid Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Service Purchase Agreement.
